1 - Object

The following General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer and sale of products that appear on the website tmingrossobiancheria.com with registered office in Block 15 - Via dei Tintori - Centergross (Bo - Italy), registration REA Bologna n. P.I. 02844761201.
The protection of privacy will be subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ''Privacy Code''; for this purpose, the Customer must read the information (so-called "Privacy Policy") on the site and give consent to the processing of data in order to proceed with the order.

2 - Recipients

The sale is reserved exclusively to industry operators and VAT holders in the household linen product category.
To view prices (excluding VAT) and place orders, registration on the tmingrossobiancheria.com website is required, which, after verifying the data entered, will provide confirmation and authorization for access.

3 - Minimum order and purchasing procedure

The minimum order is € 150.00 - VAT and shipping costs excluded.
The purchase procedure is very simple and fast, after having inserted the requested products in the cart the next step will be to send us the order request from the site without making any type of payment. Upon receipt of the order request, tmingrossobiancheria.com will verify the availability of all the requested products in stock within one working day and will then send the customer via email the order confirmation / proforma invoice with the total goods (VAT included), costs, shipping times and chosen payment references. In case of acceptance, the Customer must pay for the goods within and no later than 3 working days following receipt of the order confirmation; in the absence of payment and/or communication of any delays in making it, the order will be cancelled.
Once the payment for the order confirmation has been received, the goods will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer, except in the case of fortuitous events and/or force majeure, and we will send the shipment tracking code by email with express courier.

4 - Discounts

For orders over €500.00 taxable, a 3% discount will be applied to all purchased goods. The discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

5 - Technical information

The technical information included in the tmingrossobiancheria.com website is taken from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. tmingrossobiancheria.com, therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without prior notice.
