Transport and shipping

For the delivery of the goods we use important national carriers (GLS, FERCAM, BRT, POSTE ITALIANE) and international (GLS, TNT EXPRESS) of which you will be notified via email together with the tracking code.
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer who, in his own interest, must verify, before collection, the integrity and quantity of the packages received.
Any complaints about the packaging must be made directly to the carrier at the time of delivery, specifying the reason for the goods accepted with reservation in the delivery note to be signed upon delivery, sending photos of the damaged packages.
tmingrossobiancheria.com will not be held responsible for missing or tampered packages not reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are charged to the customer, calculated in relation to the weight, volume of the packages and their destination, and will be communicated in advance in the order confirmation / proforma invoice sent by email.
Below are the rates applied.

Delivery time

Delivery will take place within 1/2 working days (in Italy) from the moment of receipt of payment for the order, with goods ready in stock.
The availability of the products in the catalogue is frequently updated, however, it cannot be guaranteed with certainty and it is necessary for one of our operators to personally carry out the check in the warehouse.
In the event that the availability of some selected items is finished, you will be contacted immediately.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, for non-conformity with what was ordered and/or for defects in the product, must be exercised strictly within 2 days of receiving the goods after communicating via email to the address: info@tmingrossobiancheria.com.
This communication must include all the details of the order and the products you intend to return, attaching a photo of the defective and/or incorrect products.
The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer.
The product, with everything originally contained, must be packaged with the original boxes (plastic wrapping, tags, etc.) so as to protect them from damage.
No return requests will be accepted after two days from delivery.
The refund of the returned products will be made by bank transfer, within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
In the event that the goods already paid for are rejected upon delivery, the value of such goods will be refunded upon return to our warehouse less the value of the outward and return shipping costs and any damage or missing goods.
